I ordered a bee sun catcher. Received a piece of acrylic with a printed version . This is not a sun catcher. Requested a return and have had several emails to and fro. I wish I had also checked further but live and learn. I spent a total of 11.98 including postage and thus far have been offered a £2 refund. Currently I am asking why I cannot return for refund and why only £2? We'll see... Hahamoo and Soofancy are linked. I will be wary of both. You do not get what you think you are ordering. Ordered an aircon unit, tried to cancel my order on the same day which they said i couldn't do as it was wrapped ready to go to the post office. When the item arrived it was a cheap version of what i ordered. I emailed them several times and kept getting stupid emails back, asking the same things i had already told them. I wish i had of read the reviews before ordering from this dishonest scam company. I paid £59 for a cheap cooling fan 8" × 8". Please do not order from this company, i cannot understand why they are allowed to keep trading.

Placed an order, realised it was a scam site and coming from China, within half an hour I sent a cancellation email. The website states you can cancel within 24hrs. Get an email saying it’s already been dispatched!
Scam! Avoid!

Paid £85 for a camping chair when it arrived it was just awful. The seams were coming away, the chair sticks into your back so you can’t sit comfortably on it. It wobbles and is clearly very cheaply made. Tried to get a refund and they said their company was closing down but can offer me $5. SCAM! Do not order anything from this site.

Seems to be a disreputable company. Ordered product and three days later had not been processed or despatched. Sent email to cancel order and I get a response the next day saying that they will "process it and inform you of the tracking number soon."
Note that the company is based in China.
I'm going to dispute the order with PayPal.
Avoid this company!
Edit: Days later, the saga continues with them utterly failing to offer any meaningful customer service. They keep offering to give a refund but ONLY if I cancel my Paypal dispute first. And if I do that, the Paypal system will not allow me to re-open the dispute if Hahamoo fail to issue the refund. So they are clearly scammers. Avoid at all costs.
Another edit: So, 12 days after placing the order (and about 9 days after cancelling it), I now have an email saying it's been dispatched . . from China.
Another edit: item finally received BUT it is *counterfeit* AND is 110V, so cannot be used in the UK! Waiting for Paypal to help resolve this dispute.

I wish that I could give zero stars! I ordered roller skates, size 11 they sent size 7. It hardly looked like what was advertised. I paid £57.00! I contacted them and their response was that they will pay me £5.00 refund and that I could give it to a friend!!!?? Had I known that it was a site from China I would not have purchased. The website was deceiving. After so many demands, I have not yet been refunded and they have stopped responding. Very dishonest and misleading business.

I ordered a night light, which is still advertised on hahamoo currently.
The light I received is 100% unacceptable and clearly not as advertised on hahamoo.com. I had a part missing (the stand, so the ‘light’ doesn’t stand up), the light itself doesn’t work (when the button is pressed it does nothing at all) and it is NOT rechargeable as advertised (no USBC port, simple disposable batteries, which can’t be replaced because the electronics have been glued to the base).
I have contacted hahamoo/sofancy customer services and they have offered me 20% refund for my completely nonfunctional light, claiming that the supplier has changed and therefore the responsibility is not theirs.
Clearly this company is unreliable, and I would say fraudulent seeing as what has been advertised was not anything like what was provided to me. Do not buy these lights from this company.
