Hatchette - Quality Kits Quality Company Quality Support!
I have written positive reviews for Hatchette in the past, but recently I had one delivery where one of the kits may have fell through a tear in the bag or possibly misplaced. I contacted Hatchette and they responded quickly and with courtesy, I had a replacement kit part within a week. Especially now it is nice to see I am working with a company of humans who genuinely care about the satisfaction of the customer and want to see that their product delivers what the customer invests in. I have been working on the Dalek kit which seems more than a year - but the monthly deliveries and the steady construction of a quality kit has made this more than a purchase but a very cool hobby I can look forward to participating in each month!

Trying to change my address
Trying to change my address for delivery of our Disney books for my 4 year old son but they just never respond. When I login it says the only way to change a delivery address is to email them which I have done a number of times and never get a response. Our latest book has now been delivered to our previous address yet I emailed them in plenty of time. I am desperate!!!!

One humble suggestion: I would rather pay for the complete printed instructions, than to download them every time.

Some numbers don't match across so look at the pictures if you cant find the piece.
For what could be considered beginner kits there have been a few that the part numbers in the instructions do not match up with the number on the sprue. This was a bit frustrating when trying to build them exactly to the instructions.
Otherwise these kits are great and they come at a solid pace that if a person was building each set as they received them they could easily have each package built before the next one arrived. Not painted unless they buy paint at their local game/hobby shop. But built :)

As for the paints, we do provide paints in the issues as well but they will normally be separate issues from the models they're used for. This is done for a number of reasons, such as those who already have paints who only want the models or vice versa.

The shipments were sent on time, and Hachette was very transparent with any charges. I decided to upgrade to the premium subscription part way through my subscription and they allowed me to do so with no issues!
