Package never arrived and they lied and refused to help

They sent me a package, but that package was never delivered by PostNL, I asked them to help me start an investigation with PostNL, since only the sender can do that, they lied and claimed they can not do so, yet PostNL confirmed multiple times that they can.

This experience was so absurd and annoying that I created a Trustpilot account just for this.

Almost all of the products received was expired.
Shampoo and conditioners was almost 5 years old.
I would not recommend this site.

Haarshop

Haarshop, apart from a user-friendly ordering service, you gave me the option to decline ALL cookies. You didn't insult my intelligence by pretending there are essential cookies because ALL cookies are marketing cookies, period! You also make your sms updates and newsletter OPT IN unlike the low life sites that use the sneaky OPT OUT option. Thank you for treating customers with the respect that they deserve. I didn't order from a competitor who charges €2 less but pretends there are essential cookies. You got yourselves a client for life!

Worst costumer service ever!

I ordered a straightener 1,5 years ago. ( I have 2 years guarantee)
He was defect and stopped some seconds while using it. I contacted the costumer service and got a fast (and then friendly) answer. First they offered me that I can send them the straightener (I had to pay the delivery costs) and then I could choose another one on their website for the same price or if I would choose a more expensive one -that I have to pay the rest. I was fully okay with that solution and even happy... but then the problem started...
after I send them my straightener, they said that it's not broken and that they'll gonna send me back my straightener. (Took me a few months to reply) After I received it I saw that the ceramic plates were broken. They weren't broken before, because otherwise I would've mentioned it before. I contacted the costumer service again and they just answered that it wasn't their fault and now I don't get any answers anymore.
I wouldn't call this company professional at all and wouldn't recommend them!
What a shame... What started good ended up being the worst costumer service I had to contact, never experienced this before!!

Facts don't lie. Haarshop.nl does.

Most unfriendly customer service ever. The product I ordered didn't work, which can happen - so I sent it back the next morning , asking for a refund. They refused to tkae it back and lied about how much the bottle was used. According to PostNL the weight difference was 0,01kg - according to haarshop.nl the bottle was almost empty. Facts don't lie. Haarshop.nl does.

Scam

The second time I made a big order and it was absolutely insane and frustrating. Previously everything was absolutely okay. But now…

The company didn’t add three (most expensive) hair products to the order. I was waiting for a big package, but received at the Pick up point suspiciously small not heavy box. My mistake was that I haven’t opened it with the Point manager. When I came home, I found there products missing. I’ve contacted Clients service, they asked me to send picture of opened box, than weight of the box on a scale. It was 1,5 kilo. But they affirmed that the weight of sent package was 2,5 kg and that 3 products had to be in the box. So, as they said, everything was sent correctly, Service point managers also didn’t know and couldn’t help me. The package hasn’t had any signs of tampering

So the situation is absolutely disappointing and frustrating. I lost more than 100 euro. Never ever order again.

I’m so disappointed in this company.

I’m so disappointed in this company.. I order some things and they promise to deliver 2 days later. 6 days later the track and trace code tell me that the package is still on the way. I call to the company and they say only that I should call Post NL. I think this is not my problem because this company work with them together and I am the costumer?? I feel betrayed and will recommend no one to order on this website!! You

There is no zero star,else I would have…

There is no zero star,else I would have given that.First of all I got a defected product which I sent back but they were not ready to accept that.There were zillions of email went back and forth but they did not take the product back.Secondly,the product description was bizarre,does not match with the fact what the product actually does.The client service was extremely rude.I would not recommend this website to anyone,instead guys buy from authentic places even if they are a few euros expensive.

Terrible return service

terrible return service, never experienced similar. Was client since 2017, luckily never had to return something but after now won’t use it. I would advise looking further for alternatives. I definitely will

Bottles were broken open in the box. What a mess

The shipped the items super fast so that was excellent, however they use really large boxes, so the containers that my shampoo and conditioner were in busted open and made a massive mess in the box. Super disappointing to buy €25 shampoo and have it arrive like that. I contacted customer service, they wanted me to mail the busted open containers back to them before sending me new products. What a silly solution. Waste of time, resources and money. They didn't even offer me a shipping label.... Bad customer service.
