Efficient, effective, Terry knows his stuff!

Terry has not only been very patient with my non existent understanding of IT but always explains things very clearly to me and works so efficiently that i will not be moving away from this company. It is a pleasure to deal with him and i know that if i need urgent assistance he will respond rapidly to my requests.
