i needed a new toilet, cheap and fast!
the team were helpful, great price, and as someone who knows very little about plumbing very helpful. No upsales or messing around and made sure this was stock put aside and put safely in my car as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered and payed for some alpha flue bits Friday got told Monday they’ve not had them in stick for ages wouldn’t be a major problem other than a very anal customer who left me a bad review
The shipped item was changed from the ordered item because it was out of stock, The replacement was the same item but with a different part number.
The company should be congratulated for finding an equivalent part, but they should have informed the buyer of the change to avoid confusion.

The parcel was well packaged but had still been given a good kicking in transit and once opened the can was significantly dented.

The product I purchased online was reasonably priced in comparison to other vendors (a Proofvision toothbrush charger to replace the shaver socket which was 20% less than some other vendors.) When it came it was just as described and as expected.
The only, minor, issue was that it was out of stock for 15 days after I placed the order, and there was no notification of that fact. I had to to ring the company to find out what the position was, had it not been for this issue I would have awarded 5 stars.
