Has the bad owner/service really changed?
They managed to get my last review taken down. I see they are saying there is now a new owner but looking at the "private policy" page of the website it still states 5 Brattice Drive M27 8WE, Manchester as the business address and the owner contact "saidfoudal" (if there is a new owner then you need to register with the ICO and provide a named person as DPO), which I can ask the ICO to check if you do not update this immediately (even if you get this review taken down). When I last used Guysway, they took my money, but no profile went live. A lot of 1 star reviews like mine have mysteriosuly disappered but lots of glowing ones now show because they encourage existing users to post. I bought a subscription and not only got charged twice but my profile never went live. Previously when contacting the owner by email, phone and text you NEVER get a reply. If there is a new owner, they should provide the full name, business address and phone number as this is required by law (and by TrustPilot if the account has been taken over by someone else, otherwise TrustPilot will remove all reviews claiming the owner has changed). I am happy to increase my rating or delete my review if the "new owner" is transparent about who they are and edits the website and shows its registration with the ICO, which by law it must do.

That said, we do not accept your review as fair or accurate, as it damages the reputation of the new ownership and reflects issues from the past — without giving us the opportunity to assist. You did not reach out to us even once, despite the fact that all users who log in have direct access to our number and email. We’ve been waiting for you to provide proof of payment here on Trustpilot, which has not been submitted.
At this point, we believe your review is misleading and potentially malicious, especially considering that we’ve made ourselves fully available and willing to help. We're here to assist — but you never contacted us.
If you do send us proof of any past payments, we’re willing to provide the month of service you were not offered. Once proof is provided, we will review your case, and if the service was genuinely not delivered, we will be happy to provide what you paid for — not because we’re responsible for past management, but because we believe it’s simply the right thing to do.

New Ownership is Better
I’ve been on the platform for over 10 years. The website has ups and downs and there were payment issues at one point that have now been resolved, but now that it’s under new ownership based in the UK it’s much easier to communicate with customer services and make payments. I regularly receive between 200-300 leads a month and I have quality clients through here, some of which have become regulars. For me it worked, so I highly recommend it.

the definition of a scam artist
The owner is the definition of a scammer!
I paid for an ad and he claimed he never recivied the payment for it , I provided my proof of payment and he seemed understanding at first but then after a few days he bombarded me with messages of abuse. Claming i didnt send him the money when it was clearly taken from my bank acoount. He is someone i wouldnt trust with my money again and i believe you should try another listing site if you are a massage therapist

I'd give zero stars if I could
I'd give zero stars if I could. In the beginning it worked ok. Due to the site's google ranking I used to get a lot of business through the profile. You could pay by credit card and it was all automated. Then the owner lost his credit card facility (due to a lot of chargebacks from masseurs listing as there is no customer support). After that he requested bank transfers and that's when the site went to pot. On the first few occasions my profile would be put live once I paid my subscription however on one occasion I paid for 3 months he never switched my profile on there for my account status is still pending and I lost 3 months worth of subscription fee's. You can never get through to anyone and he doesn't give a crap. So best to avoid at all costs.
