Very disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I used the product consistently for over 3 months and completed all three bottles because I genuinely wanted to give it a fair chance to work before making a judgment. While the scent was pleasant, I saw absolutely no improvement in the dark spots on my face.

What makes this experience worse is that a refund was promised at the time of purchase, yet when I reached out after finishing the treatment, I was told the 90-day refund period had passed. Customers are encouraged to keep using the product long enough to see results, but then denied support once they do.

For such an expensive product with strong claims behind it, I expected much better results and much better customer care. Unfortunately, this experience felt far more focused on making money than genuinely helping customers.

I have now attempted to purchase Omni Slim from Gundry MD three times, and three times my order was cancelled and refunded without any request from me. Not once. Not twice. Three times in a row.
The first cancellation came out of nowhere — no explanation, just a refund. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered. The second time, I made the mistake of asking to opt out of their auto-subscription. Apparently that's not allowed — there is no way to purchase this product as a one-time buy without being locked into a recurring subscription. When I pushed back on that, my order was cancelled again. Predatory? You decide.
The third attempt ended the same way — cancelled and refunded, no communication, no reason given.
I don't know whether this is a deliberately broken system designed to funnel customers into subscription traps or simply a company whose e-commerce operation is so dysfunctional it can't process three consecutive orders from the same customer. Either way, the result is the same: I still don't have the product I've been trying to buy, and Gundry MD has wasted my time repeatedly.
A company selling health supplements at premium prices should be able to do better than this. If you're considering ordering here, be prepared for the possibility that your order may simply disappear — and that getting a straight answer about why will be harder than the purchase itself.

I weighed 160 lbs and carried 20 lbs of belly fat when I purchased the weight loss product. I was told that, although I could buy a 30-day quantity, it probably wouldn't be sufficient to show any results so I purchased 90 days worth. Obviously, dietary changes can result in weight loss as can exercise changes. I wanted to see what this product could do by itself. I made no dietary or exercise changes during my 90 day trial of the product and during those 90 days missed taking the product only once. I did not do any sort of progress check until the entire supply had been used up. At the end of the 90 days, there was no change at all to my weight or measurements. Based on my results, I would say that this product was and is a complete waste of money.

deceptive ordering & shipping policies! i cancelled order in less than 1 hour after ordering. Products were shipped anyway & they want me to pay for return shipping!

Tried the $50 a bottle of dark spot corrector and after twice daily for at least three weeks no change whatsoever and barely a month and bottle is almost empty...Not willing to spend all that money on three bottles at this time.

I ordered 3 containers of MCT Wellness which I received. The surprise came when I received 3 more containers about a month or so later. I wasn't aware that I "subscribed" to an automatic delivery of this product (which I NEVER do). CUSTOMER BE WARE: This company WILL NOT provide a shipping label and the customer is responsible for paying for return shipping, which cost me $17.55. The company will not budge on their return shipping policy!

I had an okay experience buying vitamins and supplements from a shop in Los Angeles. The store had a good range of products, and it was easy enough to find the basics I was looking for. Some items were a bit pricier than expected, but there were still a few reasonable options. The staff seemed knowledgeable, though I didn’t get a lot of detailed guidance. The store itself was clean and organized, which made browsing more comfortable. Overall, nothing really stood out in a big way, but it was a decent place to pick up supplements when needed.

nothing works as the advertising states, I tried some products, made no difference,save your money

Having tried the products for 30 days from GundryMD with no benefit, I tried to take advantage of their "no questions, no hassle" return policy, at which time I was told I had to return the empty bottle to get the refund OR they would give me 30% of the refund to not return the bottle. This is far from a "no hassle" 100% return policy. I questioned the rep why they would need the bottle back, to which he replied "that's just our policy". Seems clear that it's because they hope people won't go through the "hassle" of making the return. This is far from their claim of a "no hassle" policy. So, I'm not claiming their products don't work for some people, but the business policies themselves certainly make me question the legitimacy of their products and the honesty of their business.

Gundry overhyped many supplements and in my opinion gives false information along with a long sales pitch.
He also makes bogus advertisements and pays to have them interrupt normal website viewing. The products he sells are relabled from another source along with a higher price. He also advertises while wearing a doctor's uniform. I stay clear of such people and try to use better souces for health products and especially advise.

Vital Reds works for me.
It makes me feel better, it tastes good and gives me the right amount of lift to get me through

I purchased the spot remover and was very hopeful that it lived up to Dr. Gundrys hype on removing spots. I bpught Three bottles and have not seen any improvement whatsoever. I used It morning and night as directed, took time to massage it in to my spots on my face and no improvement at all. Very disappointing and definitely misleading. I would NOT recommend this product. It was fairly expensive too.

Vital reds have been an excellent supplement providing me with increased energy as well as improving my gut health. I love that I can control my scheduled shipments depending on use of product. Communication with gundry has been easy and convenient.

I love Vital Reds! I've been ordering it for myself and for friends for many years. I drink it as a hot tea or cool to drink throughout the day and I swear that it helps reduce those little spider veins that appear around my ankle. If I had to choose one thing to have in my cupboard, Vital Reds would be it.

Every single thing about Vital Reds' description is truth! I no longer drink energy drinks. Vital Reds, mixed with Essential Orange, has been my daily energy drink for almost a year now! It gives me healthy energy, mental clarity and focus and it Tastes better than soda ever did! I am hard to please when it comes to flavors and textures, so everyone who knows me knows this is delicious, or I would not be drinking it and recommending it! My hair and fingernails are growing so fast too! I get compliments on my "fabulous" hair at least a couple of times a week! I started giving Vital Reds as birthday gifts to my adult children and ALL four of them say everything I just did! That's 5 households I know of that look forward to drinking Vital Reds EVERY SINGLE DAY!

I feel a lot better mentally and I don't eat as much I feel better mentally for sure and physically also my bowels are moving better and I'm just feel like doing a lot more than what I did before so I don't sit around a lot I have more energy thank you

Very disappointed in the phyto collagen complex.
It’s very hard to dissolve. Secondly opening the product there’s less than halfof the product in the container I understand settling, but this is a little ridiculous for the cost of this product. Very disappointed.
