I've bought plenty of guns over plenty of years through Gunbroker, with some deals being great and others less so; such is the nature of used cars and horse traders. But I've never had to worry about... See more

I purchased my rifle on 12 July and I immediately paid for it. The seller sent me the wrong rifle and then expected me to drive 30 miles to the nearest FedEx office to mail it back. The sellers communication skills were poor but I eventually found out that they had also sent my rifle to the wrong person and as of 28 July, I still have not received it. This is the first purchase I have ever made with gun brokers and after this experience, it will probably be my last.

I noticed that they try to solve an issue almost as soon as possible. They respond to an email almost immediately, that alone is kind of hard to come by these days. I had an issue with a seller and cancelation of an order. GunBroker.com listen and they take the appropriate steps to correct it.
Ive bought AND sold on gunbroker and my ONLY complaint are the odd payment methods. I have a business that accepts credit cards, so i COULD run them myself, yet gunbroker doesnt allow that. So everyone is forced to use money orders or cashiers checks, which are equally as odd/sketchy.

Good to great deals. Hard to find items. Ive never had a deal go bad.
It was a great easy transaction. Seller contacted me to answer questions and purchased showed up quickly clear across the country. Thank you all so much!!!!
I have very few purchases but the transactions have been perfect each time.
Seals were bad so I overpaid for this gun double what it was worth if you count the $234 shipping to and from Airgunwerks.

My only complaint is I spend too much money here. Excellent broker site.
This was the first time I’ve bought a firearm online, won’t be the last.

I am not an experienced gun buyer… Was looking for an inexpensive.410 shotgun… heard about gunbroker.com.
I found a gun that was listed for $140 vs. the same one was at Academy Sports for $250. The gun on gun broker looked new in the pics but I could see no where on the site where it was listed as used… a little confusing… but I thought, if not new it was “like new”. Seller was “MMP guns”…. I decided to buy it. I knew I’d pay shipping and $25 transfer. I’d save on tax since it was coming from out of state. Well… I was wrong. I had to pay tax, some other $2 fee, $40 shipping and then when I got it from the gun store had to pay the transfer fee. On top of that when I got it the gun was scratched, barrel dirty and needed oil and found out the name “MMP” stood for “Mo Money Pawn” guns… ahh… sounds reputable… now I have to assume it’s a stolen gun. So my $140 used stratched gun was total of $220… could have had a brand new updated model for $250, $269 including tax. Not really worth it. But I will say the transaction was smooth.

I chose a FFL dealer, I had never used before, because it was closer to my home. Well, what I had purchased needed a level 3 FFL. It was all so confusing, trying to get all of the right people connected after my original guy fill through, because he was only a level 2. So, I went back to my regular dealer which had recently, got approved for a level 3 in July. So, it all worked out for the best. The price for the
suppressor, was the best I found, Thank you to Gunbroker and the seller for working out the details. Thank Ya’ll for all the help👍🏼
