Can't trust this website. There was a seller who was a scam/fraudulent seller and they took my money and didn't ship the merchandise or respond to messages. Gunbroker essentially said it's up to the seller to refund me even though they have a clear policy where they are supposed to refund the buyer. Will NOT be buying from this website again as they apparently do not vet their sellers and do not stand behind their buyers.

Impressive! The transition , purchase and shipping were impeccable. The Vendor however… was a bit pricey nickel & diming me to death w/fees. GB user experience was tops throughout!

Site works for me. I have found excellent prices on several firearms. Gunbroker ratings of the individual sellers is helpful. Communication is great.

Gunbroker makes buying firearms from across the country very easy. They have my local gun dealer’s FFL on file and everything always goes smooth from bidding to paying to receiving firearm

I have used the Gunbroker site for years to find things that are never available locally. I have also used it as a guide to know the true value of certain guns. My experience with Gunbroker has always been positive. It is also a good resource for discovering that is hot and what is not as hot as far as demand and value goes.

I won the auction, promptly paid for the firearm, that part was great, BUT then for some unknown reason gunbroker locked my account that had been being used for 26 years, with a bright red label and stated contact customer service. Sent an email, was answered 20 hours later and was very vague! You need to send us this information to verify your account, did not know if i had been hacked, if my financial information was at risk, attempted to send the requested information,again 20 hours later was told they could not open the documents that i sent, again a wait, no number to call, limbo! Was called by phone two days later by customer support to see if they could do anything to help, nice jesture but no thank you.not what you did but how you went about doing it

It would be nice to know ahead of bidding that shipping address and billing address must match.

Easy to use website with verified sellers. I can buy without the worry of being scammed.

The responsiveness of the seller, the ease of use of the checkout system, the thought that went into the rules governing the auctions. All good.

I would like to see less notifications as I don’t need a notification every time I look at or watch and bid on something or when I’m losing a bid, and only need to know when I win one!!!!

Easy to validate sellers with reliable feedback system, comforting to know GB is there to help if there is a problem.
