Excellent service from Guitar Galleries. Damian was very helpful when I called, on a Sunday, to discuss the purchase of a new G&L bass guitar. I had owned an early one many years ago and always regretted selling it.I also bought a second G&L as part of a very good deal. Both arrived a couple of days later well packed and in perfect condition. Very pleased with everything.

Good guitar shop

Great experience
Great experience. Buying a guitar unseen always a bit of a risk but the Eastman I ordered is beautiful and plays very nicely. Had a slight issue with part of the case coming off but staff on the phone were very friendly and helpful. Could have sent everything back for full refund but opted to keep it instead with a small partial refund for the case issue. Would happily shop at Guitar Galleries again.
