Be carefull: large import fees of 90$.

Learnt it contains 4 items but nothing more. The tour does not show you how it’s made.
Many floors of advertising and pictures, nothing more.
The gravity bar was packed. Had our drink then left…..disappointed.

Appointment for 4.30pm on Sat 14th June. Kept waiting in the pouring rain, eventually got in at 5pm, and kept waiting another 30mins until we were allowed to start the tour which I found as a complete waste of time. No idea why people go to this, let alone enjoy it.

I felt it was to commercialised. Was there to see how it was made, few pictures not good. The walk ways were not suitable for older people felt very unsteady. Have height issues and it frightened me. Had l known these thing l would not have paid. Pictures are not what you see on the internet

Placed an order for sweaters in November; UPS apparently ‘lost’ them, but the web store wouldn’t open a claim, and wouldn’t respond to the claim I opened. I’ve sent more than 30 emails, received maybe 3 replies from ‘Tracy’ claiming she would ask the warehouse to look into it. After two months, I disputed this through my credit card and Tracy created fake emails that were never sent to me indicating she tried to refund but just needed confirmation. It’s absolutely bizarre and a total joke

Have the guinness microdraught pump.

Very inconsistent pint for the price tag.

At first a lot of the pints poured were of great quality, however now as the dates have gone on the pints have gotten worse (still in date until end of November). The last 4 pints have had no head on whatsoever and resemble cola, probably the worst pint of guinness i have ever had.

With them now being £84.95 for 24 cans it is absolutely not acceptable. If you ordered a pint at £3.50 and it looked like that you would take it back. At that price it needs to be perfect or you may aswell go to the pub.

Nitro surge is not worth the money, especially with the added expense of having to buy the £30 special cap.
It’s a marketing gimmick.

The drink itself is slightly bitter with none of the background hint of sweetness with a good Guinness. I’m Irish and been drinking Guinness for over 50 years.

I prefer a good pub pint but actually find the taste, texture and head from the widget can almost as good.

I have extensive experience of drinking Guinness throughout Ireland, GB and some foreign countries. So I would say that my experience is valid to my comment.

I have just tried my first 0.0 alcohol free which is an excellent tasting Guinness with a great colour, head and the hint of sweetness.

The Gunniess nitrosurge is absolutely amazing. I've been a Gunniess drinker all my life since I was 18 and now 63 and I must say apart from having a Gunniess in Ireland this nitrosurge is better then some pubs in the UK. Well done . A smooth creamy pint .

Placed my order 8th of June. Followed up with 2 emails. Today, 4th of September: nothing. No email, no delivery. Really bad service.

Order placed 32st March.. no order number and no parcel 2 months later

No tracking information over a week later despite 2 days promised. 17th Jan order several attempts to contact customer service feels like one person running it all that way. They have a record of my order but no idea of the status or tracking DO NOT USE
