Wrong Product and No Costumer Support

I bought a pair of trail running poles, but when I unpacked them, I noticed that the tips were different from the ones shown in the product photos on the website. Unfortunately, I received the wrong type of tips, which are not suitable for trail running terrain and don’t perform as expected.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, but my request has now been ignored for more than three weeks without any response. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected to receive the product that was advertised and at least a reply from the support team. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
