They are selling my walking tour for 80eur per person, and original price on my site it 35 eur per person. I do understand commision, but this is outrageous.
Also, lying on the website about ''best price guarantee''

In December I booked and paid for a guided walking tour in Rome, cancelled an hour later by the organiser. No offer to refund. It took nearly 30 emails - going through GuideandGo, Viator, TripAdvisor, and Tix to get a refund, each company passing me on to the other. Never again with this lot. They seem to work together in an opaque way.

Tour was booked and paid for online. Later cancelled by Guide and Go. It has now been almost a month since payment and no refund issues despite several excuses including that they had repaid the money on a date 1 week before the tour was actually booked. It seems an intentional objective to withhold repayment which should be so simple…..

Wish I had read the reviews before I used this site - absolute scam -they take your money and the e-mail with ticket confirmation does not follow .
Have sent numerous emails to try and get my money back to no avail . Avoid at all cost

I wish I had looked at the other reviews here before booking a day tour in Kyoto.
My credit card was charged but I received no confirmation of booking depite repeated emails to their so called customer support.
Do not use this company.

Booked and paid for tour in Phnom Penh, but was never picked up. Asked for refund, which they wrote to me that they did the same day. I never received the refund, and they stopped replying to my emails. Totally scam, dont book tours from them!

They send you the confirmation email but never the tickets. they tell you to contact support team via email but they never reply and the phone number doesn't exist

Cheating.
I purchased the 1/10 boat cruise tickets from them but never give me the tickets. I sent email to them and ask the ticket status but no feedback. And then I asked for cancel and refund, don't recieve any reply until now.

Shame on you, Tripadvisor, for being associated with this bunk company. Guide and Go is impossible to get a hold of. They do not take calls and we have sent 6 emails, nothing in return. A month later we still have not received our refund of €215.

Total scam!!! We booked a trip with Guide and Go for a big amount of 295 euro. At the morning of departure we were waiting in the rain for transport. It never came. The touroperator had cancelled the tour and Guide and Go never told us. Afterwards they never refunded the money. They also never reply on emails. I am considering going to court next week to get my money back.

I booked and paid for a boat trip in Puglia, Italy via the GuideandGo website. The following day it was canceled via telephone. During that conversation, the woman on the phone tried to upsell me on the same trip but for 200 euros instead of the 35 euros I'd paid. I asked her multiple times to refund my money. She called back an hour later and said she'd refunded my credit card, then asked if we'd be interested in the trip at an amount lower than 200 euros. We still have not received our refund more than 2 weeks later. Clearly a scam!

We liked it very much and had a lot of fun. The divers took very good care of us at all times and so we felt very safe.

We just took an afternoon walking tour of Picasso in Barcelona. Our guide was excellent and we would totally recommend😀. His knowledge was outstanding💕
