After a quick trial it became apparent that this product wasn't exactly what I was looking for. However the communication was excellent and very swift.
Unprompted I was generously offered a full no quibble refund.
Although I have subsequently found something that does the exact thing I required I haven't found anything that is as easy to use and great looking at Guestreel

This aplication it is perfect

We made a test album and that worked great. But I think purchasing the unlimited tier before the test event was done might have caused some sort of error with our account so hopefully customer service can resolve the issue with not allowing us our other two event slots.

Update: I submitted a ticket about the issues and was issued a full refund for the secondary payment. We are still pleased with the service and happy we get to collect so many memories from the people we love and who love us! Thanks for the quick responses!

This service worked wonders!

I used this for my latest event that i hosted with my friends, 50+ invited and everyone thought it was a great time to use and very simple aswell. I recommend this to everyone that needs a simple way to collect images and memories from your event in one, easy to manage location.

Ive been searching for ages for the right ‘easy to use’ guest photo upload for our wedding. Im in my 50s and our wedding guests will be similar age, so we needed something super easy to work out. The trial was great. And super easy. If you need any assistance, the response time is really fast

We've just used Guestreel for our wedding, and whilst I had a few teething problems (my phone not Guestreel) Lewis's support throughout was quick, easy to understand and always in good humour.

The guests found it easy to upload, and view everyone else's photo's & video's too. We got to see lots of fun stuff that we would have missed if not for Guestreel and more have being uploaded when people got home.

We used Guestreel at our wedding and it was exactly what we hoped for. Setting it up was simple and guests started uploading photos right away. Nobody had to download anything or make an account which made it easy for everyone to join in.

We ended up with so many fun pictures that we probably wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. The live gallery on the TV during the party was such a nice touch. People loved seeing their photos appear in real time.

Everything worked smoothly and looked great on both phones and computers. When I had a question before the event, support got back to me quickly and were really kind.

It’s a great idea and I’ll happily use it again for future celebrations.
