Still waiting for my order. I have managed an online chat which it was explained that the delivery times are from when DHL are in receipt of the item. I ordered 10 days ago and have been told the item is in Italy. I will never purchase from this company again it’s a shambles. The U.K. customer service number doesn’t work and no one responds to emails. BUYER BEWARE
Shocking customer support …
Ordered 3 items and 2 were cancelled with no explanation. Even though they are still on sale on the website. Contacted live chat 3 times to get answers and they now taken the live chat option off my account. No reply from email either. I now missed out on the discount as it was but 2 items for qualify. Absolutely shocking customer service. My parcel gone missing on 22nd November they are doing everything to just leave it without refund. DHL - don’t recognised the tracking number. This was first and last time I’ve got something from their website/ they just don’t care at all! They just don’t reply for e-mail , life chat is pointless and at the moment isn’t available
Return of online purchased bag
I am writing this to share my extreme disappointment with online purchase of 4 guess bags. I went to Canberra Outlet (listed in the list of retail store link) to return 1 bag (out of 4 bought online) on 9th December. Store manager was absolutely unhelpful and unwilling to help. He was unable to explain why a store listed on retail store list wouldn't take my return.
The information provided by store manager was misleading and conflicting with the return instructions on the product purchased (Snapshot attached).
I am travelling in 2 days and now have to arrange for a drop off and pay for the postage too. Again, these steps are only if there are no retail stores nearby. Guess is missing transparency and honestly to their customers here. Providing incorrect information at the time of buying and then changing the return conditions upon receipt of the product.
Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend an online purchase to anyone.

stay away.... I ordered two jackets (price£245), long time for delivery, for faster 3 days you need pay £15. I left one of them and second try to return.
Just...poor customer service, wrong information sent by email or on website as well. I visited many return point including Yodel and refused to take the package, inform me, we not cooperate for free with Guess. I am got under stress, really disappointed.

Missing watch
Received my parcel via DHL on 29th November which is a Christmas present for my wife.....opened the box and to my utter dismay/shock/disappointment I have NO WATCH inside the Guess box...main packaging was fully intact so had no reason to doubt anyone...as a previous customer I am totally shocked that you pay £80 for empty boxes when bought online... sent an email to their customer service dept so hopefully they can redeem themselves and send me what I've paid for.....

they state a 5-7 when purchasing - 8 days in T&Cs
When purchasing Guess state in writing a 5-7 working day delivery time during the order process and also on the order confirmation, then sneakily state 5-8 working days in their T&Cs. Its been 7 days (5 working days) since Guess said it was dispatched and my order is in a black hole. Guess say its despatched, courier say they have not received it, i have no clue when its being delivered. This is not the experience Guess should be providing. Online shopping has moved on a long time ago. 8 working days is unacceptable experience for a luxury brand and 5 working days without providing any kind update on your delivery is just lame.

The designs are amazing.
However the Quality VS Value is not sensible anymore, the quality has definitely become cheaper. I purchased a bag during summer and the colour is actually peeling off.
Service could improve, it’s takes the employees usually very long to get a alternative sizes, I have noticed this on many occasions.
However they do greet and approach you which is nice.This maybe a operation or management problem.
