WOW if I could give 0 I absolutely…

WOW if I could give 0 I absolutely would. The items are of extreme poor quality regrettably I’ve purchased bags,belt, glasses,and wallets. I’ve been very disappointed with every item. They are definitely not investment pieces especially the bags which I hoped would last longer than 2 years.

Disgusting Company (UK)

I brought a Gucci watch in a UK jewellers from my inheritence. I have treasured this watch, always taken it back to Beaverbrooks for every battery change and reseal. Then earlier this year, Gucci recommended it is serviced because the battery stopped working within the month. So I paid £145 for that service then went on holiday. Within a couple of days it steamed up which tells me that the seal might not have been so good. So I took a photo and sent it to the jewellers then when I returned from holiday I took it in. Gucci came back saying it had been exposed to water which it never has - ever! When I told them we were in holiday, then they said it had been exposed to chlorine or salt water!!!! No it hasn't... because I don't swim!!! Then they asked for a further £145 to service it again, when it had just been done and to reseal it again which had just been done, but obviously not very well!!! Disgusting behaviour from a company who I held in high esteem and I will never purchase another Gucci item!

So we happened to come in to your Edinburgh store opening day and had fantastic service from Lucia who was fantastic and we ended up spending a fortune on a limited edition bag and a backpack for the wife which she absolutely loves. We were still shopping for the day so they were super kind and offer to keep the items for us to collect later which was brilliant. We got a call from Lucia a few days later hoping we are loving the items and invites us to a cocktail party later this week which we will be attending so thanks very much for everything.

Placed an order online specifically on Gucci website as Saturday delivery was advertised, received an email few hours later saying that the goods were going to be delivered on Monday and the order could not be cancelled before that.

I bought a pair of shoes too large

I bought a pair of shoes too large, a size 5. I reached out to the store online to get a return only a few days after the return period. I spoke with the general manager. They were only willing to exchange to a smaller size. But there ARE NO smaller sizes than a 5. Therefore, Gucci wins, I lose, and I have no wearable shoes. After 50 years of shopping Gucci I will never shop Gucci again and they've lost my business for GOOD.

Zero stars if it were an option!!! This is an eye opener, after reading all these comments about poor customer service and racism and bias experienced at @GUCCI store is heartbreaking!! I unfortunately fell prey to them losing money also, @GUCCI SOLD ME A USED SHIRT, with a broken tag, I went to exchange or return and the first thing the girl did was take my boxed item to the back and started investigating like it was a crime to return a badly sold item!! 💩 wow never again will I endorse or support @GUCCI. Customer Service does suck, they are rude as ever, even on the phone they put you on hold for 1hour + if you ask to speak to management!!! Hennessy picked up and didn’t even listen to my issue, she was ear hustling to hear what the store attendant was saying, and just agreed with them rather than asking probing questions. GHETTO GUCCI That’s what the brand should be called!! Smh (I had time to write this while walking away from their poor store). Lesson learned!!!

Really disappointed that I didn't read…

Really disappointed that I didn't read these before purchasing my first purse. I have belts, shoes and sunglasses purchased at Nordstrom and other retailers. This purchase was my first at a Gucci store. I bought a bag for $1400 and after carrying it one night found that the bag does not seal completely. It has two open pockets and a zippered pocket in the middle. The two open pockets are not sealed at the bottom therefore I lost a few small items like lipliner. I went to the Gucci store at Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh to see if I could return it or exchange it as I can't carry a bag that literally has holes in it. The manager was unfortunately unable or unwilling to do anything and referred me to customer support. I will be contacting them however I don't feel confident that anything will come of it.

I bought a pair of platform rubber…

I bought a pair of platform rubber weighted Guccis and could only wear them 10 minutes until I couldn’t walk. They gave me awful blisters on the outside arch.
I went back to the store to see the manager in order to exchange them and she wouldn’t accept them. She said she saw oil from my feet and a microscopic piece of rubber missing on the bottom. I am not happy.

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in…

I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in Paris in May '24. By July'24 one of the pairs of glasses was grossly distorted. I followed all the instructions from mid-July regarding returning them. Glasses were received, assessed, and determined that they were defective and an exchange pair would be sent.
Today is Sept.1, 2024, I have called at least 3 times for updates and I get the same response, " the message will be passed on to a manager or team and someone will get back to you". I still have no glasses. I have had better customer service from Dollar Tree.
Needless to say, this level of follow-through from your company is sub-standard and unacceptable. I do not know what the malfunction is. Who do I need to talk to to get results in this company?

Poor customer service

Bought my wife a wallet and a bag for our anniversary from Gucci spent $500.00 and $1000.00 on the bag . The canvas peeled off on the wallet other wise everything thing else is in great condition looks brand new she never really used and kept in it’s box . Have receipts for proof of purchase. Had my wife call only to have some stuck up woman tell her there was nothing they could do . This is ridiculous seeing how much I spent on the Ophidia gg card wallet . My wife is very upset and was basically told to cough it up . Will never buy from this company again if this is how they treat their customers.

Going through Gucci’s reviews is scary guys I can’t believe I’ve taken my hard earned money to support this brand..I went to their store in Sandton Johannesburg wow poor customer service is an understatement, Gucci employees are extremely rude, very judgemental and looks down on people. It doesn’t matter how much I love their brand I will never ever spend my money there anymore, LV and D&G offers the best service and their employee are forever friendly.

I refuse to spend my money where can’t can’t get good service NEVER!!

Reading these reviews l do wounder if…

Reading these reviews l do wounder if anyone takes notice or even if Gucci cares. Eventually Gucci will have a trustpilot review of 1.

Any way l brought two pairs of trainers and one pair of loafers this year in one sale. 2380.00p

One pair of 790.00p trainers started to shed the velvet on one of the green trainers front toes.

I asked for the care assistance to look at my trainers [multiple pictures and emails later] they stated it was not under warranty even though l brought from Gucci Sloane street London only 5 months ago and wore them only 6 times. The emails l got was disgraceful.

I have replied in two emails and decided to place a Small claim court case in. This is the only way to get them to be accountable to poor quantity unfit for purpose.
