Unlock code came through within the time frame provided and unlocked my Samsung Galaxy S4 upon first input.

I ordered through them because of their time guarantee - for my phone 17 hours to 1 day.
After over 24 hours I get an email asking me to verify the phone number on the back of my card, credit card company and address where I ordered from.
When I pointed out the issue they told me I could have it for free but when I followed up via email they denied it and bounced and replies I sent after that.
They are total scam artists and I would avoid them at every possible opportunity. Even my cc company thought the extra info they were aking for was sketchy. Since I refused to provide the confirmation info without them honouring their guarantee, the transaction was never processed.
After getting no where after a week I used a different company instead who got me the code in under an hour.

when placing my order it told me 3 of my 4 codes would be available within 24 hours if not sooner, i have nothing so far. i checked reviews and you have a lot of good ones, but you have a few bad ones, like one that took 6 days to recieve. i would just like to know how long it will be before i get at least one code

the code was delivered within hours, the service was a bit expensive compared to others but the fact that they used a secure network for payment and the code was delivered within hours compared to the 6-8 days wait time for others was definitely worth the extra few bucks.

Easy and fast, those are the words to descrive this good service. Totally recommended.

First time I had to unlock a phone as I had lost my previous phone which was still under contract for another year. Because I still had to pay, I wanted to use an old flip phone from before since I was paying monthly for the service.
