Policy cancelled for no reason
After signing up to a new policy, immediately received policy cancellation emails saying I had to make alternate arrangements. They did refund me after a couple of emails and a phone call

Took one month to get my smashed back…
Took one month to get my smashed back van windows replaced. Very bad job. New windows are not straight and long deep scratches in paintwork from fitters. Grove and Dean are very hard to get through to as various other companies answer phone for them. I've been left with more problems than I started with. Please can you sort my van properly now?!

Reasonable price. Quote also included Homestart in Breakdown Cover which other quotes did not. Never needed Breakdown in Over 40 years of driving, but you never know.

Vile company
Vile company. They insured my dad and within 48 hours cancelled the policy stating he didn’t supply documents (he wasn’t asked to) they then continued sending out a tracker for a policy they cancelled and asked for the documents. You cannot get someone on the phone it’s a total scam. Offer low cost insurance, retain the premium but cancel the cover.
Their reviews are also fake! You will notice they all claim the same 3 things, price, they actually got to speak to someone (that’s a joke in itself) and that they were helpful! None of that could be further from the truth. Maybe stop scamming people and having multiple people per day creating fake reviews and your business would do better!
