First time using Groupon France; purchased 4 Microsoft Office permenante licences for half the price of a 1-year subscription to 365. Money saved this year & for the future too! Simple & quick, great customer service from Technivision France too!

A waist of time and money.
Many deals don’t actually exist so you buy them, try to use them but it doesn’t work so you end up waisting a lot of time searching, contacting and then trying to get a refund, which you don’t always get.
I do not recommend.

Received the groupon coupon. Redemeed it but never receive the license. Reach out to support 3 different times at the vendor and then at Groupon without ANY reply.

BEWARE OF THE 13-ZONE ORTHOPEDIC COMFORT MATTRESS! This mattress is absolutely uncomfortable; it's like a plank of wood! It's a complete rip-off! Furthermore, if it doesn't suit you, you have to pay for the return, meaning you're essentially paying twice. And then, once it's returned, the seller can refuse a refund because you tested it!
UNDER ALL COSTS: DO NOT BUY A MATTRESSES FROM THEM!

Hello, I purchased Office 2024 with Publisher in French from this site, but they delivered Office 2021 in English.

They refused the refund for this reason (attached). In fact, they are just irresponsible intermediaries: avoid them at all costs!!!! But I don't think this review will be published.

We bought ticket for a show "cirque mondial" in Paris, whose address was incorrect. we went there and miss it as it was not situated where the Groupon coupon said. Groupon on my account modified the address and marked "used" and refuses to refund me. Dishonest, company not to be trusted
