In an emergency (MacBook broke just at exam time), the Group8 assistant was speedy, helpful and they have a streamlined collection service with DPD and they even send the padded boxes to put your device in and it is sealed in front of you. Excellent, professional service with proper joined up thinking! Highly recommend for laptop repairs.
