Grosvenor Casinos Reviews

Absolutely shocking casino site people don't sign up there is no chance to win slots pays nothing hard to bonus and when u finally get one it pays 10x

So I went to Goliath 3 days last week, 5 buy ins so 1k in entries which Grosvenor took a 1/5 in fees. I bought in cash 3 times won once and lost twice, also lost on the casino not once was I asked for any docs or proof of funds. This week I won a few quid on their app, go to withdraw £700 and all of a sudden my acc is suspended, no email or communication to tell me why, I message them and I am told they will respond in 48 hrs .i can see why this site comes under the ‘Rank’ company and why they chose this name. Stay away people.

Absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid
Me and my gf decided to play and have some fun and we wone .first No1 asked about anything but for withdraw I need to verify all documents which sent 2 weeks ago and still waiting. It's scam it's day light robbery.any time we contact them they keep saying rest assure we are on it .avoid avoid

I played blackjack and probability of me losing 7 hands in a row to 21 must be low I think there may be a fix going on here

Absolutely shocking after testing this site with £500 playing 10p 20p 50p £1 spins did hit bonuses and still only ever won £10 back there are much better sites out there than this one definitely something wrong here even if you play £500 win £100 at least so they get £400 they just don’t seam to be as customer friendly slots as others please don’t waste your time or efforts here save your cash 💰

I wouldn't of even given a 1 star awful joined today deposited no welcome offer bonus site so slow never again avoid tried connecting to customer services no joy horrendous.

The casino had no food the staff weren’t bothered and blamed the manager. The service was poor and an all round bad experience. Don’t go here, what are Grosvenor trying to achieve? Well the have lost us as customers tonight

Absolutely disgusting site had a mess around with a few quid no bonuses nothing at all so put more in when you do finally get one your lucky to get a third of what you staked back or a lovely minimum payout no level up will take hundreds and make you feel lucky getting £20 back bunch of robbing bastards don’t give them a penny

Dont waste your money. Absolutely rubbish casino. No wins no features nothing. I played this for weeks before I hit a feature then it took it all off me within minutes. Since giving me that feature its been 8x deposits a day and I cant belive I haven't hit a win or bonus feature once! I spun one game 75p spind for over 500 spins and didnt hit on freespin feature. Shocking. Avoid at all cost!

I had to give it 1 star but if I could give it 0 I would have!! Stay absolute clear of this scamming website! It’s rtp doesn’t match its bets!! I deposited over £750 and played £2 spins and never once won more than £5 even collecting gold nuggets on gold frenzy ! It’s the biggest SCAM I’ve ever came across!! Avoud at all costs! This site SHOULD’NT be operating !! Even on a bonus levels it was awarding 0!!!! Please listen to reviews and stay well away! I wish I had read them before hand !!! It’s not worth it! My own fault but I would advise to not even sign up 🤢🤢

Terrible site , very little winning done & very small base wins , bonus non existent keep your money in your pocket these robbers will skin you alive ! Thy come on with their usual bullshit , it’s random lol change the record

Disgusting con artists! Stole my £45 deposit by locking me out of my account as I was winning a poker tournament. No valid reason for the block - after passing verification (and getting an email saying I passed verification) I get another email saying they need more information in order to verify me: ID, selfie with ID in hand, bank statements, utility bills, etc. Why don't you ask for a picture of my a**ehole as well?
I understand nothing will satisfy them and they will keep asking for more and more information until you give up.

Avoid like the plague !!

Absolutely shocking.. from £50 to £0 with one line pay of 20p. It's taken over £200 off me with no significant return or even a decent win. don't waste your time or money here it's a scam.

App is total garbage. Firstly they need to sack the app developers, almost every 45-60 mins the app just randomly shuts itself down for no reason, you could have bets ready to go or mid play and boom app shuts down, you log back in and return to the table to only find you would have won. I have had a new phone this week and the app still does this even on my new phone and the newly downloaded app , literally the only app on my phone that closes itself down like that. Because I’ve had a new phone I know it’s not the phones but more the poor development and design of the app. It really makes a bad experience. Surely I’m not the only person player experiencing this. I’ve complained to Grosvenor and told I must provide proof of this technical issue and proof of the cleared bets for compensation……. What planet are there people on, how can I provide proof of cleared bets and proof the app shuts itself down all the time. Also this is across the board the RTP on slots and roulette is shocking, don’t bother with the slots you want by win big

Absolute scam, deposited 300 and my biggest win was 13 quid. The worst casino I've ever used and that's saying something. Hope the gambling commission catches on to there lies on rtp. Save yourself a boring no thrill session and try another provider.

I signed up for Grosvenor Casinos because I expected an established UK brand to offer a smooth and reliable online casino experience. The website looked decent enough, but after spending some time playing, it became clear that the platform wasn't nearly as polished as I expected. I found myself using boomingslots.plus more often because the bonus terms were much clearer and it was easier to find the games and payment information I was looking for

The biggest frustration was how underwhelming the promotions turned out to be. The offers looked appealing on the surface, but once I read the conditions, the wagering requirements and restrictions made them far less worthwhile

The withdrawal process is advertised as usually within 15 minutes, but this is misleading as this is only once it has been processed by them, not as it appears. I understand that withdrawals vary which is fine, however the way the process is advertised is deceitful. I waited 13 hours for a withdrawal, and then it was only half due to a card being changed, even though I had deposited on it. The customer service guys are unable to amend this so I had to wait for my bank to decline it and then withdraw again, despite it being in pending when I made customer service aware

I have a question for G.casino. Please describe how and why are you so tight? Why people can't have some fun? Why people can't win at least something so they can say "I really recommend this site". Golden chip "10p" ! Are you joking or what? 2 years I didn't play anything. Tried to have some fun, played roulette for 20 quid, hoping to kill some time like win some lose some. No biggy. But you people are scumbags of the lowest. Its all about ripping off . Well, the best thing we can all do about it is not playing at your site and not giving any amount of our money. That hurt is it not???You are all the same. And please dont start with "we apologise"... or "for fair play our random gen. number". Discussing

I've given 1 star because I can't give 0 stars.
DO NOT BOTHER. I have never been on a site that is so rigged.
The poker is totally unwinnerble. I've been playing poker for over 30 years and have never seen boards so disgustingly fixed. You can have the absolute nuts, and your opponent will hit the only 2 cards in the deck to beat you EVERY TIME.
Stay away

website is not a scam, you can win, it’s like any other online casino they will always win over you. That being said i deposited 40 pound, got to 200 pound but like the degenerate i am i spun it all away. i kept putting 20 pounds in until i was overall about 160 pound out of pocket ( my last 160 to my name by the way) and then i won 450 pound. withdrew with no problems and set a deposit limit. please gamble responsibly this stuff is so scary counting myself very very lucky but overall it’s a good site works well
