They were very professional and the product was a oneplus 6T. I highly recommend! They always reply to any emails/ requests on Facebook and are very efficient. They explained the procedure very clearly and the phone is like new.

I bought Iphone 7 refurbished, A Class. It arrived in three days and it was in Perfect conditions. 91% battery efficiency still. The Pakaging was not the original one but still very well organized.

Problems with the rigenerated iphone but good customer center
The rigenerated iphone i bought had some problems with the signal and overmore it suddenly switched on and off. I sent it back and they gave me the money back without problems. It says 3 stars is average: accetable experience but with some frictions. It is what happened to me: i ordered the phone supposed to be perfect but later it revelaled to have some problems. Check better the phone you sell.

Great service. I bought a phone on grossoshop. The price was the best I could find around the web. Then when my phone got broken I had to deal with the cutomer service. They guys were pretty efficient and, since the repairing was getting too slow I had a complete refunding.
