I thought I had chosen a good groomer who understood me and what was important to me and my pet. I purchased my pet because of her full, Flowing hair. Her hair is everything to me. I had the dog 5 months before getting her hair groomed and the only place matted badly was underneath her tummy. I was okay with shaving the tummy. Two months later, the groomer feels her hair is matted too bad for combing again, the groomer felt she needed to shave her all over. I agreed to it, but I felt like she didn’t try to save my baby’s hair. I felt like she was looking for an easy route to do her job. I was devastated with the hair cut. My dog looked liked she was malnourished with shaving her hair so low. we pay too much money for a cheap looking haircut on our babies.

Having my older dog groomed right outside the house in the mobile van was a good experience for my fur baby.

It was not to good. I scheduled to have my cat groomed on 10/10/2025 but the lady that was suppose to do it canceled i paid a 30.00 deposit and now im having a problem getting my money. The second person did a great job. i

The experience was great. My dog was quite comfortable with their services.

Called last minute and was able to get a same day appointment. Ocean arrived on time. He listen to my request and made my maltipoo look even cuter than before.

My groomer, Renee, seemed to really like my fur baby, Snuggles, and made him feel comfortable. She gave him a really nice cut and she reached out to me to make sure that I knew that he was doing well because this was our first time using this service. I appreciated the great customer service.

Dana did exactly what I asked and did a beautiful job!
I’m impressed that my Sadie felt comfortable enough with Dana that she allowed her to clip her nails 😊

What made me pick a 5 is the groomers that I pick and continue to stay with them because if you pick someone new, you don't know if that one is gonna be loyal or do their job.Some relate some cancels at the last minute, at least with the groomer.You have you have an agreement with them?And they understand they take their job seriously.You can tell when you continue to work with the same groomer

Great grooming. My dog came back clean, smelling good and perfectly deshedded. I would 100% use Groomit and groomer again.

My dog got the cutest haircut he's ever had in the two years I've owned him, and despite coming back from groomers in the past acting uncomfortable and anxious, he came out of that grooming van the happiest I've seen him. Easy to book, transparent pricing, incredibly kind groomer - I can't recommend Groomit enough.

The groomer was extremely patient and attentive to my dog he set up his work station and got to work my dog was comfortable with him. My dog was terribly matted in different places for the 1st time in ten years so I was nervous but he took care of my dog. I was very pleased with the service and I will do business with them again
