I had a very disappointing experience. I placed a large order for Friday evening because I needed the produce for a family dinner. The courier never showed up and I received no clear communication that the delivery would not happen. I waited until late at night, then had to go buy everything again somewhere else.

I sent multiple emails to both Trunkrs (delivery company) and Groentebroer and got no answer until days later. Instead of taking responsibility, Groentebroer told me the courier is entitled to deliver “one working day later.” For me that meant Monday — two days too late to be of any use. When I refused the package, they refused to refund me, hiding behind their terms and conditions.
If the comapany decides to send their goods on Friday, and suspect there could be a problem with delivery and then not answer untill monday and let people stay in the dark about their money and food, then they should consider changing delivery days or using a different delivery company.

In the end, I paid for an order I could not use, wasted time and money, and was left with poor service and no compensation. This is not how good customer service should work. I will not be ordering again.

Strawberries were mushy and not at all tasty. Rambutan was average.

Overall very disappointing, youbare promised a high quality product at a high price but in reality the strawberries at my local market are far superior for half the price.

If the fruits are old, don't send them anymore. They will further squash in transport and the customer gets fruit flies instead of fruits. 😀

I just received my order (1Kg mangosteen) I am pregnant so I was craving so much for these. I was waiting the whole day excited to eat, but when they come, they are moldy and definitely not fresh (some of them have yellow thing inside)

Extremely disappointed with the fruit order worth over 160 euros. The products were delivered in terrible condition: bruised, old, and tasteless fruits. For such a price, I expected top quality, but unfortunately, I got nothing but disappointment. I do not recommend.

first time ordered and everything went fine! The fruits are packed well so they wont damage during transport. I mostly ordered products that are on promotion. I personally, would stick to ordering exotic fruits and vegetables that you cannot get elsewhere.
