They will not let me take my money out, and I am down $500. I contacted customer support for over 40 messages, and they keep giving me the runaround. I have never experienced anything like this. Stay clear

Been trying to withdraw MY money for MONTHS now. Won't let me. Always says internal error. I do not recommend this site unless you don't want to be able to get your money. It used to be good and would've got 5 stars, not sure what happened. Customer service just says the same thing it'll be back open soon. Well 5 months it's still not working that's not soon. Total waste. I had the upgraded account too. Way to lose people grin.

Scam site full of bots prizepool very low waste of time never deposit scam site. After deposit they will banned your account for no reason that's how they work.

This app is awesome. I was doing well and chose my winnings to be in smile coin. They were going into my wallet like they were supposed to at first. I paid for a contest, placed second and the winnings didn’t received. Thought it was delayed so I paid to play again and placed 1st. Smile coins still haven’t come to my wallet yet. What can I do to receive my coins?

The game is amazing, you can spend hours playing, and you gain a lot of knowledge about crypto coins and stocks. The best part is that you have cash prizes. I love it !

this is most definitely a scam its been bout 2 weeks im waiting on payout with horrible feedback. i have contacted the authorities for the report number apple and google pay and whoever said this app was legit was probably created by the scammer hisself . ive emailed apple and google to remove this platform from online so they cant scam anyone else . im not gonna stop until they are gone and in jail

There is no scam here. I have won plenty of money and love the website. I have only deposited once, and withdrawn 10+ times. Give some time for support to respond. I love grin and will continue to support and use it!

I downloaded this app, won a couple dollars, but it never showed up in my available balance to withdraw

I saw this app on snapchat (first mistake right?) I decided to download it. i overall enjoyed and liked the concept but i added money and they claim there is a bonus when you first add money which said 10$ bonuses 10$ i added 10 and got an additional 3$ on top of that. not 10. at this point i had 28$ on the app and i played a 7$ and and a 2$ game and lost both leaving me with 19$ that i decided to withdraw after seeing BOTS SCORE 10k plus points. in 15 minutes as well. This app is a scam just scammed me out of over 20$ and precious time.

This last month I enter a contest win 1st place then they say there wasn't enough participants so they give me the money back I spent to enter the contest. I've literally entered every type of contest they offer. Same thing every time.

This seems to be a scam…I put some money into it and did a couple of rounds but when I went to withdraw my money it wasn't placed in my account. Please dont waste your time with this. Until I have been proven otherwise

i've used grin as my platform for over a month now and have absolutely no complaints. I love the way it works, the interaction from other players and the customer service they give. The customer service is like no other they literally reply instantly and walk you through whatever your issue may be. 5 stars 1000 times

Bottom line- you put in money and you can't get it out. They say contact support but big surprise... They're full of crap.

This site is a scam in so many ways. First off, it's obvious they have bots throughout all of their contests. These bots bet and can push you out of your rankings, thus costing you money.

Once you realize it's a scam and try to withdraw your money, they make you enter a paid contest in order to do it. That's right... you have to pay to withdraw your money. Stay Away!

I Joined grin a few months ago and I must say it helps fill the time during this pandemic. There’s a few hiccups here and there but if you contact support they will work with you to fix any problem they see and if they can’t help they’ll dig deeper to find the issue. It may take a day or two but as long as it’s resolved that all that matters if you ask me! It’s a great app I play daily and win daily so no serious complaints here. The other guys must not be doing it right.
