I came for the Pokémon tins but stayed for the coffee.
The Pokémon tins are great and I love them. I wasn’t planning on loving the coffee but it is such a marked difference from the ground supermarket bags.

Great products, well packaged. I will enjoy tasting the flavour.
Slightly soured by Royal Mails tardy delivery. They missed the 48 hour delivery, by 48 hours! Even though it had arrived at the local delivery office, on time.

Not good I decided to take advantage of…
Not good I decided to take advantage of a free offer and order my coffee in a larger then normal quantity to receive a free tote bag offered with every order as their birthday celebration, unfortunately they did not make clear it should be ordered separately and was left disappointed when it wasn’t included in my order too many nice coffee beans and cheaper out there, my loyalty to Grind has gone.

Great coffee and fast delivery
Great coffee and fast delivery. I have tried the new pod flavours sweet miso and the honey flavour, they tasted pretty good. Was skeptical at first but it tasted great. The free tote bag is very good quality- large, durable and has extra compartments. I order from Grind regularly and have accumulated a couple of nice tins. Best shop for nespresso pods.

Too bland for me.
Whilst my coffee was delivered quickly and well packaged the house blend is not to my taste.
I find this coffee very bland.
I was hoping to make Grind (as they are ethical and sustainable) my regular coffee order but will not buy again.
I need my coffee to be exceptional so will keep searching.
I wish the company success.

Lovely cold brew bottle but fiddly
The bottle is lovely and of high quality and makes great coffee! However, I did find it a bit fiddly and the silicone lid isn't the most secure (the bit where the coffee goes sometimes falls out as I'm taking the lid off). Apart from that it's a nice cold brew maker.
