Epson V1070 printer…
I purchased an Epson V1070 printer through Grimco on March 10, 2025, and had it installed on June 23, 2025. That same day, I ordered the official Epson inks through Grimco. Unfortunately, the ink didn’t arrive until July 31, 2025, leaving the printer completely powered off and unusable for over five weeks.
Epson printers like the V1070 aren’t designed to sit idle without ink for that long, which may have caused internal damage. Despite multiple calls and emails to both Grimco and Epson, I have received no meaningful support or resolution.
As a small business owner, this delay has cost me both time and money. I’ve already filed a BBB complaint and am prepared to take legal action if this isn’t resolved soon. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend working with either company
