Bought a jacket (Khaki Aubrion Team Jacket) that I've been wanting for a while, I ordered it on Saturday, and it arrived this Monday! The delivery speed was amazing (possibly due to me being around only 200 miles away)! The jacket I received is genuine and is in excellent condition, I will definitely buy from here again. I absolutely recommend this shop.

Excellent company. Ordered a gilet that was cheaper than any other store. Ordered in the afternoon and delivered before 10am the following morning! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Horrendous customer experience. I placed an order on 22nd November 2022 and never received any emails to say my order had been dispatched or tried to be delivered weeks later. I emailed the company asking where my parcel was and I was told ‘I suggest going to your nearest royal mail depot and see if they have it with them.’ No apology even over a month later and I still have no idea where my parcel is after going down to my local Royal Mail depot… it’s now 25th December and I still haven’t had a refund after asking for one. I’ve never shopped from this company and you won’t catch me doing it again.

Great experience. Really positive shopping experience with Griggs - even when I had an issue with a pair of boots I'd ordered. Initial order was dispatched promptly and with a very good courier company. Staff very helpful and prompt when I had a problem. Top marks; will use again!

THE best service I’ve received from an online equestrian company in a very long time. Ordered Tuesday evening and delivered on Thursday! Packaged really well and fantastic prices, I highly recommend and will definitely shop again! So much so I had to Google search so I could leave a review!

Have now just received my third horse rug order from Griggs. I am truly impressed by the professionalism of the staff and customer service attitude of the company. They are setting a standard that many other shops should take note of.

Customer service from this company is 5 star. I left a pair of inserts for my feet inside some boots which cost me £300. I returned the boots as they were to big. They found them and returned to me free of charge. I ordered a smaller pair of boots and received them in less than 24 hours. Excellent. Would certainly use this company again.

Riding boots ordered at 11am yesterday, boots delivered at 11am today.

First time of ordering with Griggs Equestrian. I ordered my daughter a gilet for riding, got a good deal for registering with them. Ordered on the afternoon of 10/11 and the item arrived on 11/11, well packaged and as described. My daughter is very happy. Great communication and service.
