Direct Electrical order fiasco
Ordered from Direct Electrical supplies and got a delivery from GR Electrical.
Delivery was to be made by DX.
Advised delivery arriving Friday no time given, stayed in, then after lunch got a message saying will not be arriving but would be with me by Monday, not on Monday,so waited all weekend, tracking still showed Friday until lunchtime on Monday, contacted supplier no response, until Monday, no apology, explanation or understanding. Non existent customer service, Delivery arrived Monday afternoon. This company need to get there act together, the van that came had DPH on it !!

What does that mean?
