By both our therapists and the Centre holding space for each of our clients, it allows them to fully immerse themselves within their chosen therapy - be it for the mind, body, spirit - or perhaps all three!

Really good, I will be back!

I had a massage with Chris on Saturday and wanted to leave you a review, but wasn't sure how/where.
My massage with Chris was amazing, defiantly in my top 5 massages ever. Few people manage to get the pressure as perfect as he does The space they have created has a real luxury feel. Chris is probably the most knowledgeable therapist I've seen, and I really appreciated the aftercare advise.
Also was it weird being massaged by a man - not at all, Chris is super respectful and puts you 100% at ease.
And I got money off with my Blue light card!
