Greentyre don't answer your questions

I contacted Greentyre a month ago to ask about their puncture-proof tyres for wheelbarrows. I was keen to buy one, but I wanted to make sure it would be suitable. All I wanted to know was how their wheels attach to the wheelbarrow frame, and what's the length of the axle.
I've sent 5 emails in the last month and phoned them too. I've had a couple of "we'll get back to you" replies, but I still don't have any answers. I've now given up and am looking elsewhere. Companies with customer service this poor don't deserve anyone's custom

No more fear of punctures

I recently purchased some bicycle tyres from Greentyre, having got my bike up and running for the first time in years in an attempt to improve fitness during lockdown.

Greentyre produce puncture proof tyres - the reason I stopped riding several years ago was that I was getting a puncture every few rides. Having researched puncture proof tyres (initially seeing mixed reviews about the harder ride), I settled on Greentyre. Made in England (Middlesbrough) they offer a good selection of tyre tread patterns and sizes. Having measured my wheel rim and with email assistance from Sue, I ordered my tyres of choice. They took a little while to arrive, but this was to be expected due to lockdown. Having installed them (you get a small installation pack with lever, cable ties and guide), I am now making use and in no fear of punctures.
The ride is slightly harder, but this is only really noticeable when off road / on rough terrain and is manageable. Overall very happy with the tyres.
