I ordered a 10 pack of Perspex panels to repair my greenhouse after the recent damage. The panels arrived within 24 hours which was unbelievable delivery. Excellent product easy to fit and my greenhouse is now fully covered.

Delivery is always as promised - and very prompt. Their practice of not taking payment until satisfactory receipt of goods is a bonus and a practice that more firms should follow.

Ordered 2 replacement panels for greenhouse and 4 plastic strips for edges from Greenhouse Warehouse. On arrival 2 of the plastic strips were damaged - however, within days of e mailing their customer service people, 2 new strips were received in post. Very impressive and would give me confidence in ordering from them again.

Ordered my items on Friday morning and they were delivered by 10.00 on the following Monday.
My second order was ordered late on the Monday and with me by 11 the next morning.

Bought acrylic sheets as seemed to be the cheapest around. Quick delivery and good product, although packaging heavy sheets in a single peice of cardboard inevitably lead to damage in transit. When contacted about the damage they did offer a refund of some of the cost though without having to go to too much hassle. So all good!

Very helpful and would definitely buy any BBQ needs from there again. Love my big joe!
