If you want your car put on the back of a recovery truck all well and good, but you won’t get your car fixed on the side of the road! No diagnostic equipment just a jump pack and where do you want us to take it! Waste of money…. 2 trucks 1 jump pack and it was a fob battery at fault that I fixed. Time to go back to the RAC.

My daughter broke down
My daughter broke down. Greenflag sent a strange recovery truck to pick her car up. She was going on holiday 7miles from where she broke down. Picked her car up left her in a dark trading estate no offer to take her to a safe place. Didn't even tell her what was wrong with her car. Just picked it up and dropped it at home. Now she's back she has to pay for someone to diagnose what's wrong so she can get it fixed. I'm 2 thousand miles away so can't help. She is a vulnerable 17 year old girl left and not knowing what's wrong with her car. Will be moving to AA now at least AA come out not just a local recovery driver not polite nit helpful and arrogant. Complained won't do anything and tried to close the complaint but I said no. This should never of happened in this day
There is no point. You have already tried to close the complaint twice now.....
What you don't get is you pay greenflag to come out not a cheap recovery driver who is a subcontractor not a mechanic to help you or fix your car and possibly not leave a young 18 year old girl 7 miles from her destination on a industrial estate in the dark to get a taxi for 7 miles and not diagnose what's wrong with her car. It could of been a broken cable or low in clutch fluid what you can fix at the road side but know you take the car away and leave her there 5 mins away from her destination and now I'm 2 thousand miles away and have to pay someone to come and check what's wrong. THE AA don't do this that's why I'm going back. No confidence in greenflag again thx

I had major issues with my car and when I phoned Greenflag, the lady I spoke to was helpful, friendly, she logged the job and kept me updated on when the technician would arrive. Terry, the technician assigned to my car, was efficient, helpful,professional,friendly and went above and beyond to explain what was going on with my car, I appreciated his honesty, he spoke to my mechanic and organised a tow truck to take my car to the garage, a very pleasant man who gave me peace of mind. Thank you Greenflag for the customer service and Terry for helping me.
