Terrible Customer Care!

While Green Earth has an amazing selection of merchandise, especially for us fantasy genre geeks, they care very little about customer service. Once you buy something from them they don't want anything more to do with you unless it's to buy again.

They hide behind their "policies" and refuse even the simplest of requests.

I was a regular customer until I ran into my first problem with them. They ignored my inquiries and attempts to communicate, entirely.

As I mentioned, they carry a great selection of stuff but you will get way better service by buying the same things online.
