Have stored here for 4 years and always found the storage facility clean and tidy, the girls in the office are friendly, and helpful special shout out to Jacqui and Charlotte who are always happy and willing to help!

Container was excellent and secure, staff were always very helpful and polite. No issues gaining access at any time. A very tidy and organised site, would highly recommend it. The reason for leaving is we now have a house with garage for storage. Thank you….

This is one of the best storage facilities that I am currently using, I have stored at all the main storage facilities in the past, but greenbox is by far the best, storage bins are big, well protected with a garage style door with a unique lock, very clean and tidy and as its family run the staff are excellent, Billy and Murry are very friendly and accommodating, the whole process of signing up and paying for the storage bin was very easy and pricing is very reasonable and competitive. I will be using them for a while. One happy customer.

We have used the Swanley branch recently and we could not be happier. The service from the initial call with Billy to the the checking out has been amazing. We will definitely return when working in the area again. Thank you Billy and the Team!

Green Box was very useful to have. When moving I wanted to bring bits and pieces to my new house in stages and this helped me to ‘Downsize’. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Loved the fact that I could gain access by myself even on a Sunday and at odd hours.

This was my first foray into self-storage, and the experience was made simple and easy to use.
We had our own lockup lock and passcodes. The 7am-7pm daily opening hours (7 days a week) made the process very convenient for our comings and goings with multiple carloads of our belongings.
The few admin queries I had were quickly resolved by the helpful staff (John/Billy), the premises were always very neat and tidy and we were left to our own devices, albeit the staff were obviously keeping a discreet watchful eye (office hours/remote cameras) over who was there, all a reassuring presence from the security perspective.
I would happily recommend and reuse in the future.

I used the facilities here for over a year. The site is very easy to navigate and the storage units are clean and tidy. John, Murray and Billy are amongst the most professional and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend Greenbox for your storage needs.

Great pricing comparatively to other local storage facilities. Staff are lovely and tea can always be provided. Stored for multiple years and no issues. Can't ask for more
