Excellent from start to finish
Its a rarity nowadays to receive a level of customer service where you feel that your custom is appreciated. I can't remember the last time to be fair.....until now.
I ordered a box of wine for a friends birthday but as it was a gift, didn't want it to be delivered too much before the birthday.
It was no problem....they were able to stall delivery until the week of the birthday and also agreed to include a card to show that the gift was from me. 5 star service, 5 star communication and 5 star product. Thank you

Ordered a Hello Kitty Sparkling Wine…
Ordered a Hello Kitty Sparkling Wine for direct delivery to a friend for her 10th wedding anniversary. They shipped a half-size bottle of sweet wine instead. No replies to emails asking to rectify. Other people on their facebook reporting the same sort of thing with incorrect products and no contact. Avoid.

Avoid at all costs
Placed my order 10 days ago - still hasn’t even been shipped. Paid £4.95 for delivery ‘within 4 days’. The money has been taken from my account and no product has been sent. I’ve sent emails which have not been replied to. My order was a gift, which now doesn’t look like it will be arriving on time, if at all. Terrible service

Poor service
I made an order in July for a personalised wine box for my sister in laws 30th birthday in August. The money has been taken from my bank account, however I am still yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact the company 3 times but am yet to receive a reply, a refund or the product. Appalling service.
