Complete trust

Engraved Glass
I have just received my engraved crystal glass from Gravesend and I can thank them and all their staff for the effort they have taken to complete and deliver my order, especially to Anthony and John who I feel I know personally now. My order was complicated to say the least and had to be perfect. All dealt with me politely, professionally and very friendly. I made so many phone calls to them I thought they may not have answered the phone but each time it seemed they were happy to deal with me and nothing was too much trouble. The glass is perfect

TOP QUALITY
Very Very Helpful each stage confirmed. Details were all correct. I was under a lot of pressure to get this completed .I explained that i was going away on holiday and they delayed postage until i returned.
Only regret was I did not check the measurement size.
Group are all happy with size ,and quality. Thank you to everyone.
