Very bad shopping experience:
1, the shipping was very late -- it took 3 weeks
2, the Suede jack does not match the pictures
3, the return process is very complicated

Conclusion, bad decision to buy from Grand Frank and I DO NOT recommend anyone to buy from them

Very happy with the product. Ordered a jacket in the wrong size and got very good help from customer service who helped me make the exchange. Great customer service!

i have two grand frank watches, i have been wearing them for years.
They look and feel great, but i have had to send them to watch-repair shops so many times.. its insane.

I purchased an item from a website named drop of mindfulness. So my paypl account was charged with the name grand frank and I went into googling and saw ppl claim that the company is a scam. Well it’s been three weeks now from my ”order confirmation” and no additional updates on shipping, no response to my emails or the email that paypal has now sent to the company since I applied for the refund from getting scammed. Please stay away from websites that seem fishy and do not display a lock symbol next to the url address.

Really bad Quality.
I was surprised how bad the quality is for this amount of money. The customer service was really bad so I couldn't send the shirts back. In the end i had to keep really bad clothing which i wont wear and they keep my money. I wouldnt recommend to buy there!

I accidentally ordered two of the same product (totally my fault; the confirmation email went to my junk folder). A return shipping label was $30. I had to follow up TWICE to actually get the label and after dropping the package off at fedex, I still haven’t received confirmation a week later. I was tempted to return both sweaters, because every time I see my son wear it, it’s going to irritate me.

Bought a watch three years ago, but one of the hands came loose after I had the glass changed, but for some reason the watchmaker couldn’t repair it. So I wrote to their customer service and a couple off days later I received a brand new watch, even though it was three years old. So thanks for the excellent customer service!

Terrible customer service and overpriced material.

Sounds like i'm not the only person to buy something and receive no acknowledgment or response to queries through their website. It's been a couple of days now.

Looks like i've been scammed judging by these reviews and their lack of response. Website looks totally legit as well.

Fingers crossed my bank will refund me and recall the money.

Ordered on the 12th February, the money is gone from my bank but no delivery notification. All emails ignored by GrandFrank since then. Calling my bank now to claim the money back.

Grand Frank is excellent quality with pretty quick shipping. I have never had a problem with them.

Bought 2 knitted polo shirts on sale...which is still a high price at €57 each.

The quality is disastrous at this price range!!! Made in China....smells of cheap chemicals...you know "china" type.

Hand Washed them..to not ruin... But when I hanged them I noticed my hands were full of material!!! It literally sheds material like a cat !!

Grand Frank is a scam like no other... I guess that's why you can't review their products on their website... No one will ever buy.

STAY AWAY from their 'quality' polos :(

i can't believe I take 290 dollars to get this jacket, it's looks darker compare to the pictures, zipper almost doesn't work, lining is rough. don't get any jacket from here

Grandfrank states to ship to anywhere in the world. This is not true. Most disappointing is that my order was not delivered completely and still waiting for response to my mails and clarification. No tracking. Hotline dead.

Customer service was fantastic, with very quick replies and understanding to my situation. Would highly recommend!
