Beware!!!

We had prepaid a tour with Graham Oarkney Tours and our cruise ship had to cancel this port due to high winds from storm Amy. We contacted Graham to see if he would refund us at all and he said no and we would have to go through our insurance. There were more people than just us that booked with him and he kept all of our money! Unbelievable!
This is a very un-kind thing of him to do as weather is beyond our control. On top of it our insurance is declining our claim. Thanks a lot Graham and glad you enjoyed a big payday from all your customers on the ship. You do realize that this will effect you and other tour operators as people will soon decline to pay up front for anything, I know I never will again!
