The food ordered was not delivered. It took 4 calls to their support to get a person who claimed the food was delivered. They said they would investigate and call me back. They did not. I asked about a refund - they could not tell me how to get one. One of the worst customer support experiences I have had (including Insurance companies and telecom providers).
