Great service!

Prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Super idea to use renewable power and lower cost than competitors. Love that they really consider what the customer would like....music for the kids or talking Tesla to the tec-heads! Great service.

Arrived early (but happy to wait until the booking time if we preferred). Great journey. Engaging for the children. Interesting discussion on the vehicle and the company ethos. Cheaper than my previous taxi company for airport runs. Would definitely use again.

The driver was cool and on time. The vehicle was a Tesla and it was very clean. The company has a strong vision for creating mobility with a zero carbon footprint; I liked that. I enjoyed the experience and would gladly use this company again.

We heard about GoZero by word of mouth and our experience lived up to all the good things we had heard. We were booking a to and from trip to Heathrow and the price was equal to a journey by a petrol or diesel taxi. Booking and paying by email was easy. David took us to the airport and his business partner Ali collected us. They were both very friendly and keen to explain the advantages of the Tesla and the plans they have for the business. The pick up on the return was easy, the ride was very comfortable and there were even bottles of water in compostable non plastic bottles.

Pleasant drivers in great cars. Better prices than their diesel and petrol competitors. For an extra star they need to upgrade their booking app for us non business customers.

This is our sixth trip with Go Zero, to Gatwick Airport. The driver arrived early and let us know by text he had arrived or that he could be available earlier should it be required. We love the plant based water bottles which are free of charge, as we all strive to rid the planet of plastic. We feel that Go Zero have really thought about their whole business ethos and this is the main reason we choose to use them. We have always received an amazing experience from the initial booking to delivery back to our door.
Well done to all the team, we are still recommending and look forward to our loyalty incentive.

This company were very easy to use. Very friendly and having Teenage/adult children’s extremely happy and content for them to use them. Their time keeping is fantastic. The fact that by using them we are helping the environment is even better. I would and already am highly recommending GoZero to everyone.

We was so impressed with GoZero from start to finish . Booking was quick and easy the car done 3 pick ups for us to Gatwick, on returning the second we landed I had a message saying we be outside as they followed the flight and sure enough when we got out side there he was to take us home making another 3 drop off .
