I had a query as couldn’t redeem my Gourmet Society membership for 2026.
After sending a message I received a reply from Georgina explaining what to do. Thankfully the instructions worked and all’s well for another year.

Customer services are always helpful…
Customer services are always helpful and a special thank you to Georgina who sorts everything out.
The only downside is there are no telephone lines to be able to contact when you have a problem which might be dealt with a lot quicker.

After Gourmet Society Plus launched
After Gourmet Society Plus launched, I found that I couldn't log into the app on my phone. I therefore completed the form on the web site, asking for help. The contact was acknowledged straight away and I was told I would be contacted shortly. I was by Georgina, or patiently led me through the steps needed to rectify things, including, I think, some "backroom" changes which she carried out. And we were in!! Excellent support.

I was unable to access your new app
I was unable to access your new app. Kelly responded to my request for help. It took several emails between us to allow me to finally access the app. Kelly was great with her advice and perseverance in helping me to sort out my access to the app.

Registration issues successful sorted
I was having problems accessing my account. The matter was quickly solved by Kiesha from Customer Services. Kiesha explained each step that I needed to take to ensure my registration via the App. All sorted very quickly. First class customer service.
