If I could pick no star then I would.
3 items only came of what I actually hand picked, everything else got replaced with things that I don’t even enjoy or like, came nicely boxed other than that was poor poor service, even on text and over the phone very unprofessional.
Wouldn’t recommend.
Yes I know exactly what a mystery box is random things thrown into a box…
But when you replace all my other hand picked items without asking what to replace with, you asked me on text and swapped a nerd rope yeah ok, but what about absolutely everything else, the Mike things I honestly can’t stand and you put 3 big packets of those in, if you asked about swapping the nerd ropes you should have asked about all the other bits you replaced without asking. You say get a cereal in each mystery box, I asked to throw the minion vanilla cereal in, not to replace any the other ones? The fruit strips, gave me 2 single ones and 1 box asked for 2x boxes? Dude the service is poor and you still only replied here and told me what I already new about the mystery box lol? Sorry but I won’t be changing my review and if anything l it’s worse fact your trying to explain yourself.
Once again mystery box is a mystery lol I no this, says includes a cereal I asked to throw minion cereal in not replace it, like I keep repeating my self you replace the ropes and asked me… you openly admitted on the phone that you replaced other times but without asking what to replace with… your service is absolutely appalling and I have got nothing to lie about £53 and got the mystery box yes. But other things I picked got replaced with things you never asked but did with the ropes? Jesus, I wouldn’t sit and try write a review if it wasn’t true, wouldn’t sit and waste my time, I left review cause got email after I told you on the phone my thoughts of how this has ended up, absolutely awful me daughter and misses don’t like neither what got picked if you asked like the ropes than maybe I’d have given better rating and the way spoke to on phone was unprofessional. Thankyou.
I’m leaving a honest a review like it’s asked, I didn’t choice half the things you put in the HAND PICKED ONES you asked me to replace something with a nerd rope said yes, you didn’t asked about anything else you even said this on phone your self, this is dreadful.

Most of the stuff I can get here. Pretty crap won’t be purchasing again for £70.

Excellent choice of things had to get a mystery box I would HIGHLY recommend it they even emailed and text to see if there was any allergies which was a nice touch to see they thought about me before they just put random things in! I also got to request certain things which was a bonus I’ll be back soon
