My package not delivered
I ordered a sapphire plus insert and while checking the tracking i seen it had been delivered back to where the shipping label had been created ( got vape ) im in the uk so ive know idea how it has been delivered back to themselves , i have emailed them 3 times to try to rectify my issue but have had no email back from them, awful customer service , i am going to have to contact the bank for a refund, i have used got vape before and had no issues but i wont be buying off them again

Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my purchase and I called customer service and Leslie couldn’t have been more awesome. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. She listened to me, helped me through troubleshooting then she told me what she needed from me and we got it all done in a matter of minutes and my replacement was on its way to me. I'm new to dry vaping and let me just say that I tried another big name vaporizer and found this one is far better is burns nicely and the chamber is larger.. Ooo the mouthpiece does not get the gunk build up which I can appreciate.

They used to have decent customer service and quick response times. Now since Covid, they have obviously changed some staff, it's taken me months to try to get an order placed, they never have the colors I want, I still haven't gotten my order placed, and when I tried to return an almost brand new pen they said it looked really damaged and they'll do it this time (though they still haven't sent it), and they try to weasel out of their "lifetime" guarantee.
They sell junk and don't actually offer a warranty
They sell junk and don't actually offer a warranty. They claim they offer a warranty, but when the piece of junk stops working after 3 uses, they want more in shipping to process a warranty claim than the cost of the unit. That's called a low-life scamming company!

Tap VV trouble, exceptional customer service
I was having trouble with my Exxus Tap VV Auto Draw. I called customer support, and was connected with Lesslie who was kind, courteous, and genuine. She started a warranty claim, provided clear instructions and sent me a link so that I could upload a video demonstrating the defect. I completed my end of the task and as promised, Lesslie called me back to say the warranty claim was accepted and that she was sending a replacement pen/battery. What a pleasant surprise to have such great customer service and support! If other companies followed your lead, we would be living in a different world. Thank you, Lesslie!

Lesslie assisted me with a return. This young lady was helpful, polite, and very patient; the situation was a bit outside the norm. But nevertheless, she and Ivy took the time to assess the problem and assured me I will be getting my replacement this week. I've found them to be extremely easy to deal with.

Purchased a unit that was defective after a few months. Customer service was diligent and patient with me as I described my issue and took care of it. Marina helped me out and had the patience of a saint! She replaced my unit and made sure everything was crystal clear when shipping out the new unit and ensured I only had to pay for shipping! Would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a vape with great customer service to back up your purchase!
