I am a fan of the brand itself. The swimwear has recognisable prints, but it's tricky shopping online since depending on the fabric and model the swimsuit may run small, big or only for tall women.
Shopping online in EU turned out a complete disaster. The customer service is below 0, they never responded my questions, they didn't help with the sizing and ordering and after a couple of emails they just stopped responding. If this is the attitude BEFORE the purchase, I understand that post-purchase assistance doesn't exist at all. I can see they they don't even react to negative reviews here and don't care about clients or their reputation

I paid €98.20 for two swimsuits and, after returning them, I was refunded only €79.20.
The worst part? Customer Service confirmed in writing that they would resolve the issue. Instead, they did the exact opposite, and now they have stopped responding altogether.
Shameful return policy. Even worse customer service.

Do not buy from this company. They use different company names. You buy from one company and the item arrives from another. This “Gottex” is not the famous brand it once was. They say you can return your item (mine was a swimsuit that did not fit) but you then discover you have to send it at your own expense to an address in China. My tracked return arrived in China but is still waiting for some reason to be cleared at Customs. You can email the company (suddenly you’re writing to a company called Amara) and AI will respond but nobody seems able to resolve problems with Customs. UPDATE: And now my returned package (which cost me over £12 to post) has been returned to me from China. Seems it never got past Customs, maybe because the delivery address provided to me does not exist? The company handling the order is actually called Amara London.

Just on a need to know basis if you return Gottex swimwear because it doesn’t suit your shape and wish to return the item, you will be charged £20 as they only use DHL!!
