The Good the bad and the ugly. The bad... I ordered a solar oven kit for my son on sale for $49. Couldnt believe I would actually get a solar oven that would heat up for the price. When it arrived, it looked like UPS had run over the box with their truck, the kit was in pieces. The Good I called gosun's customer service number. In about an hour they called me back. About a week later, they sent me a replacement one free of charge. The ugly. It arrived fine this time, and my son cooked some hot dogs. It actually worked. They were hot, but he said they looked real Ugly.

I've tried to make my order twice to my home address under an alias name and it got cancelled twice because my state protected address flags their system as fraudulent even though I sent my actual drivers license for proof. Called multiple times but only get message that no agent is available and no returned call after leaving message.

I bought a solar energy 266 (Solar panel with power bank & accessories costing USD$299) lately and received an acknowledgement from GoSun notifying me of the successful order been paid, but after 4hrs another email from GoSun saying my order number (different number, 2 was added in front of the original number) was seen as a fraud and they asked me to get the picture of the Name of the Credit card holder that I used to buy my order and send it only then they can proceed with my order! I'm confused whether this is fraudulent or a way of doing double purchase on the same item? Even though deduction had been made in regards to the initial order and payment via PayPal.
I hope this can be rectified and addressed promptly please.

I tried to buu this Gosun dream last mar 22 posted at GoSun site worth $100. I know it was very cheap for a trailer. It was a trailer without any discription and when you click the buy now will go to payment. And i paid. it to paypal. And in the email it was said will be delivered april 6-8. And then i received an email about a drawing. I told them to refund me and they said they already sent a pdf drawing. And tried to edit the site. I got a video. I wish i can upload it here. Maybe in social media

I was ready to make a purchase when they suddenly cancelled the order saying that it was the shipping calculation's fault, when it was actually the price of the Power 266 bundle price being raised by almost 70%. And when I purchased their GoSun oven some time ago, they sent half of the items I purchased and thay had to send the missing ones to another location. Bad service. Shame on them. Yet another bad review for this company.

Awesome company high quality products! their Chillito Electric Cooler its just fantastic ideal for long family drives and keep cold and fresh beverages , fruits, etc.

I also had an opportunity to meet the management. Great people running great company.

GoSun delivered everything in a timely manner and was amazing in replacing the battery that died in the cooler.

Purchased 2 products from here (water filtration and stove). They do actually work and I am pretty impressed. Anyone I shared these with when we go camping are equally impressed and then immediately go order theirs. Fantastic tools to have for backups in the event no electricity is around.

Long time user of the GoSun Sport. Love the ease and efficiency of it. 7 years and it's still cooking strong. The GoSun team and community is awesome too with helpful tips and recipes.

I have been extremely patient attempting to attain some form of use from this table, but to no avail. I set it up carefully in the sun and plugged in the Power 266 battery. And waited. And waited. No charge.

Reviewing the EXTREMELY SPARSE documentation on this product, I discovered this table would charge the Power 266 battery in about 14 hours—an unacceptable amount of charge time, in my opinion, but ok...so I set up the next day and tried again. After about 6-8 cumulative hours in the sun, the table didn't manage to charge the battery above 25%. Annoyed, I tested the Power 266 battery from DC power in the wall from my house. It charged in a few hours and works fine.

Ok, so it's maybe not best for charging a high volume battery. I figured that maybe I could use the table, at least, to connect directly to my iPhone and charge it, using a DC/USB adapter. No go.

The table just isn't working, possibly because:

1. Maybe it's just a defective fluke.
2. Maybe I'm thick and not getting it.
3. Maybe a full set of instructions would help reveal something I'm overlooking.
4. Maybe this product is garbage.

I'm not sure which of the possibilities is most accurate, but I'm leaning toward 1 or 4.

Not a good experience, Go Sun.

⭐ Update: The response from Go Sun here shows they care about their reputation.Go Sun did refund the cost of the table and offered to send me another one. I declined, but this was appreciated. Updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I recently purchased the GoSun Solar Power bank and have been extremely impressed with its performance. The Solar Power bank is very compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry around wherever I go. It charges quickly and efficiently using solar power, which is a huge plus for me as l'm always on the go and don't always have access to an electrical outlet.

Gosun’s products work extremely well, they have an awesome mission, and great customer service!

This is such an eco-friendly, trustworthy, and fun brand!! I love every product i’ve gotten the chance to use!! Using solar energy to power my camping trips makes it so much more enjoyable!!
