I've bought numerous products both for training and clothing, the only time I had an issue (high parallettes with 2 feet for the same side) or when I had questions or made a mistake with an order, it was quickly resolved/answered by the fast and effective customer service. I can only recommend!

The equipment is amazing and support from the team is fast and friendly. I've mistakenly missed to add a product which was part of a promotion. After contacting them, they assisted me and send the product anyway.

Gornation on top !!!!Long story short UPS shipped my pull bar from gornation ! When it arrived alsmost every jonction point was bent, the boxes was half tear down and beat Up and the pull Up bar was very unstable. So I contact gornation with the photo and video of the damage and they shipped every damage part without hesitation and send me a Choice of 30% refund or 200$cad Discount on my next order. So I choose the 200$. They are very fast with the reply (very fast). They understand very Well the situation that I was in. Even if it was not There fault they provide the best costumer service that i've know so far. They were very respectful and professional. I couldn't be happier 💪🏼💯 and I have the Most sturdy and bad ass pull Up bar on the market !!!! 10/10 gornation 🚀

I’ve ordered the premium parrallettes pro and the premium dip bar.
Really have to say that the quality of the products is outstanding.
Unfortunately, my parrallettes came with little scratches because of the delivery.
So I’ve reached out to the support service, which was by far the best service I’ve ever got.
The replied within hours and immediatly helped to solve my problem or my satisfaction for the brand.
Can only recommend their products for a beginner or even a more experienced athlete.
Will buy again from them in the future!!

I ordered for the first time a few days ago. After 2-3 days I already got my equipment. Unfortunately, in one of the parallettes was a manufacturing error, but luckily enough customer service responded very fast and cooperative. Today, it's 4 days after reclamation and I got 2 perfect paralletts for training without hussle or addtitional expenses. So far I am a big fan!

I own a good collection of Gornation equipment and clothes already.
Like every piece of it and how it supports my Calisthenics journey from level to level.
Customer service even replied on a German bank holiday to help on an error I made in the ordering process.

I orderd paralettes. First I was dissapointed to see that 1 was bending. So I made a report and in 1 day I got a respons. Alex helpt me. So the next day a new shipping was set in place. And I also didnt have to send the old pens back. So almost a perfect experiance!

The product I ordered was the parallette set and the quality is extremely good compared to other makes. I had another steel and wood one but this is clearly a better build and is straight compared to the other which is slightly bent. They also give grip tape which is really good as sometimes when the session is too intense the palm on the wooden grip can leave pressure marks. Other than that the handles are still really good and it’s expected when doing calisthenics.

The customer service is also very very good and helpful, I had an issue with my order and they helped sort it out quickly and were very understanding and supportive.

Would definitely suggest buying from here. It is a little costly but I can assure you it’s worth it over the cheaper quality ones.

I've already ordered from Gornation a couple of times and the quality of the products has always been exceptionally good.

Anything from clothes to accessories like bands, wrist wraps, sleeves, a backpack and grip tape. The accessories all come in branded storage bags so carrying them around is easier. They even have freebies like stickers.

I've had some minor issues with international shipping through a ups contractor in my country and customer support has always been helpful, quick and detailed.
