I ordered December 27th 2025. No shipping updates since January 8th. I’ve reached out and get a chat bot saying they will email me back but haven’t. I’ve also directly emailed customer service with no response.
The shipping company listed as being the carrier handling my package on their site is non existent according to google. I’ve requested a refund multiple times and nothing. I’ve requested accurate tracking information because the tracking number provided is only showing up for their site and when searched is coming back as not associated with any carrier service.
I believe they are a scam company and are not sending out products and faking shipment until they know your payment clears then suddenly the package movement stops.

Placed another order with Gorchic and again the purse is beautiful! Love the caribbean blue (thats what it reminds me of) I was given with all my purchases a quality video and pictures, shipping was fast and as always customer service is A+

I love the bag I ordered from them! it looks exactly like the videos portray them. It was shipped out in a timely manner, even though it took over two weeks to get to me. That's because it was coming from China, so a bit of wait time is to be expected. It was well worth the wait, and the bag is of good quality, and a reasonable price. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. Highly recommend Gorchic.

Customer service doesn’t get back to you. The chat doesn’t even respond. My package stopped tracking. I have no delivery date. I have no idea when my package is coming and or if it still is.
