I highly recommend them

I highly recommend them. I’ve ordered three times already, and each time they’ve exceeded my expectations. The only downside is the delivery service they use—I can’t add specific delivery instructions or track the package live, which can be frustrating.

Great purses!

I’ve ordered a few bags from Gorchic and have had a good experience! So much so that I told my mom about it and she bought several purses from them too! We’ve both had reasonable shipping times and the purses are as described.

Do not spend your hard earned money here!!!!!

They offer the worst customer service ever. I ordered two items and one item was not my size at all. I ordered a US Women’s 8 in a platform sandal and they sent me a size 10 or 11 in women. I contacted customer service and they said I ordered EU size 41. Like I’m supposed to know EU sizes. I went with the US size 8 in women’s which also said EU 41 next to it. I thought that was their version of a women’s size 8. I am not familiar with EU sizes. They pretty much said it’s my fault and I’m out of luck and they don’t do refunds unless the product is damaged. Another customer service rep lied to me and said they would ship out another order in my size but never did. This was February 3rd and 4th since they take hours even days to respond. Well, I never got a replacement. I messaged them again and I got an automated message saying they would respond and that was February 26th. I would not trust companies like this. Don’t invest any money here unless you are willing to take a chance and lose your hard earned money. I ordered a TOP QUALITY product and now I’m stuck with it. Also if you order here make sure you do research on EU sizes. The US sizes are not correct. I wouldn’t take a chance though.

Partially fulfilled shipment

So, I placed an order and it says that only one item was shipped out which means I would be receiving the other item later which is bad because I’m moving states. I reach out to customer service and… no help.. I explained that they should either expedite or cancel the second order so I won’t get it in time. They then sent me a list of all my orders… which I can see but no resolution in sight.

Poor Quality

Beware: poor quality and poor service..

Made a very large order from Gorchic for 7 wallets and 2 handbags, in early December. By January one of the handbags had a defective zipper. The brass piece that holds the zipper in place came off, allowing the zipper to come off of the bag. Reached out immediately but took over a week for a response. I was asked to send a video of the issue. Again, had to wait for another response, pushing communication into February. By February I was notified that it was now too late for a repair or replacement, even though the original issue and email was in January, barely a month after purchase. Poor customer service and poor quality.

It will be a waste of your money and time, especially since the products are poor quality .

Buyer beware.

My original package was lost

My original package was lost, and the Gorchic staff was AMAZING. My handbag is perfect, the craftsmanship is on point. I will be purchasing all my handbags from Gorchic from now on. January 22, 2026 I gave a 1 star review. Since then some of my issues have been resolved. I still have a purse I have not received but tracking it now hopefully I will receive since the zip code issue has been addressed. The quality of the 1 bag is beautiful I am hoping for the same quality when I get the other bag. They did communicate quite often and appreciate them attempting to fix the issue. I would definitely order again.
