Scam! Ordered, asked about the delay in shipping, got 1 response and then- nothing, even after multiple emails. The customer service phone number was disconnected. Filing a dispute with my bank.

Ordered in August and got nothing contacted them by emails got a response and then nothing they stopped responding to me!!

We were scammed also. Bought a generator for a "too good to be true" price. Should have known better. Never received the product. We're filing a fraud complaint with our credit card company. What a bunch of bums!

ordered a chair that never showed. They will not answer emails or phone. Do not order from these people!!!!!!!!

scam ! Buyer beware !

Ordered received confirmation, received tracking number, never received an item, tried emailing never got a response, and called the 888 number it is a none working number, filed a dispute with my bank.

Wish I had read reviews prior to ordering. Ordered 3 chairs in August. Immediately got a confirmation & shipping response. Still no chairs a month later. None of the ways to reach them work. Will dispute with the credit card company. Beware!

Just like everyone else. They sent me some trash they was getting rid of. How do I go after these criminals?

Scammed me from ice maker

SCAM! I never received my item.

I ordered a chair. Received a nonexistent tracking number. Never received the chair. I emailed back and forth with someone named JoAnn G for a week or so then no contact. Phone number does not work. Website no longer exists. Im out $50. I sent in a dispute with my bank but haven't heard back yet.

Ordered a chair, they took my money, gave me a tracking number that isn't legitimate. Tried to contact them, they won't answer.

Scam, ordered an ice maker, they promptly took my money, issued a bogus tracking number and never heard from them again.

This website is a total scam. I never received my order and now they refuse to communicate with me.

Zero information and zero communication on order.

One more who got scammed with Pyrus on the InfernoLites that were all over social media. From tracking number that went no where to promises that there would be updates "soon", then no replies to further inquiries. Thankful for the credit card dispute/fraud option.

Scam do not order from them. The item never ships.

Placed an order for a chair, received a tracking number 2 days later. After 10 business days the tracking number still wasn’t active. I reached out to customer service for an update and received no response. After a couple more days I requested a refund and received no response. Filed a dispute with my credit card company and within a week GoPyrus had issued a refund. Company is absolutely terrible, don’t order from them but if you have, utilize your ability to file a dispute with your card carrier!
